Power/Soft Washing Crew Leader – Pay Range $20-25/Hr + $500 Sign on Bonus + On-the-Job Training Immediate opening for Power/Soft Washing Crew Leader. Preferred 3 years of verifiable experience with a power and soft wash cleaning company, self-employed, or combination of experience. Sign on bonus and on-the-job training is available for this position if no experience. This position will be responsible for the operation and upkeep of company equipment, managing workload, and crew members. Must be safety minded operating commercial grade, high pressure systems and handle chemicals. The position is fast paced, high demand and must be able to complete work in timely manner with extreme attention to detail. This position will be responsible for assisting in the operation and upkeep of company equipment, ensuring all materials are prepared for daily tasks, and assisting crew leader with on-site job tasks. The position is fast pace, high demand and must be able to complete work in timely manner with extreme attention to detail.
