GCS is a local small business that started in 2018. As a construction manager for one of the largest production builders in the nation, owner Randy Kerr saw a hole in the rapidly growing production housing market. As the municipalities began to roll out new codes and regulations, GCS was able to step up helping our clients stay on schedule and ahead of the curve.
